Thanks to the bold initiative from our partners at the City of Sacramento and U.S. Bank, our CLTRE Keeper First Time Homebuyer program has already achieved remarkable success.
Here are some highlights of what we’ve accomplished together:
- Over $50K in Debt Eliminated: Through the program, we’ve managed to alleviate over $50,000 in debt burden for our participants, providing them with a fresh start on their journey to homeownership.
- 88% Credit Score Improvement: An impressive 88% of our participants have seen significant improvements in their credit scores, paving the way for greater financial stability and opportunities.
- 98% Increased Confidence: Nearly all of our participants, a remarkable 98%, have reported an increased sense of confidence and empowerment in navigating the home buying process, thanks to the guidance and support they’ve received.
- 4 Participants Shopping for Homes: Four individuals, with dreams of homeownership, are currently in the process of finding their perfect home.
While we celebrate these achievements, our work is far from over.
With over 350 applicants still waiting for their chance at homeownership, there is an urgent need for continued support.
