The film captures these moments in real time, allowing the voices of participants to lead the narrative. The coaching sessions, partnerships, resources, and systems CLTRE provides every day, often unnoticed because they are designed to feel seamless.
And the story behind the film matters too. Bridging the Gap was created by CLTRE alum Erica Jacobs-Ware, founder of Girl Wonder Films. Her perspective as a program graduate brings authenticity and care to the project, making the film itself an example of CLTRE’s impact coming full circle.
